		<description>I like ohnorobot, though it doesn't work for silent comics. Its nice since you can search by what comics contain, and it makes it pretty easy to find that one comic that you read like 2  years ago and remember only like one punchline.  

I dunno I check onlinecomics.net daily, that's how i came across this comic iirc

		<description>Well, there are some 'comic search engines', unfortunately to search comics they need to be user submitted. OnlineComics.com and TheWebcomicList.com and BelfryComics.net and ChoiceComics.net are all useful for finding webcomics.

I think that's the closest you can get... OnlineComics is probably my favorite as you can select all the tags you want. Unfortunately, as I said, with a webcomic a search bot could never know 'oh, that's a webcomic!' so it has to be user submitted and not every comic is going to know about every comic site.
