First up, apologies to everyone who’s been trying to visit us over the last week and were simply greeted with a Database Error.

Our “service provider” (hoho) ixwebhosting.com have had some serious problems, apparently, with their MySQL server.  Seemingly unfamiliar with the concept of a live/standby system, tech support simply took it offline and left our site (and many others) dangling uselessly like a gimpy limb. Not at all impressed.

Still! We’re back now, and we’re staying up or Twiggles is going to hit the syrup of figs and do a low-level flypast over IX HQ.
